Return Policy
You have the right to return your product within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@mugshott.coffee with your order number and reason for return.
Return Process
1. Contact us at info@mugshott.coffee to request a return.
2. We will provide you with a return form and shipping instructions.
3. Package the product securely in its original packaging.
4. Ship the product to the address provided in the return instructions.
Please note that the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Exchanges
If the product is defective please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will provide instructions for the exchange process. In the case of defective or damaged products, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email of the status of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault on our part.
